La Pacchaqpata Washed Geisha

$44.00

Josh’s notes:
Very, very cool geisha from Peru. I almost never buy anything from Peru for some reason, mostly just because of how annoying it is to get anything good most of the time. This one though? Man. A unique flavor for sure; when hot it tastes like a hefeweizen, and as it cools that lovely hefeweizen turns into a lemonade shandy with jasmine background notes. Supremely clean and complex, with a full spectrum of geisha flavor available. I think about this coffee a lot since I first cupped it. :)

Hatou’s notes:
Not much to say about this traditionally washed coffee. Just try it!

Roast:
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Hatou Coffee and Roasters in Jeju, South Korea.
